Planning a party for the first time can feel like a lot. Here is the short version of everything we tell our customers on the phone.

Start with the space. A standard bounce house needs about 5 ft of clearance on every side and a reasonably flat surface. Send us a photo of your yard and we will tell you exactly what fits.

Then the date. Two to four weeks ahead is comfortable. Weekends in spring and summer go first.

Finally, ask about cleaning. Every reputable rental company should be able to tell you exactly how equipment is sanitised between events. Ours is wiped, disinfected and inspected every single time.
